MEET AND GREET CONSULTATION

We require a complementary no obligation meet and greet for prospective clients and recommend scheduling a consultation several weeks before services begin.  This is our opportunity to earn your business and make sure we are the right fit for you and your pets.  Prior to the Meet and Greet we ask that clients print and fill out the four requested forms located at the top of Our Services and Rates page of our website.  Our goal during this meet and greet is to learn about your pet, daily routine and where the pets supplies are kept, obtain all information required to perform the services you are needing and receive a house key (only if you are requesting the dog walking or drop in visit, hotel pet sitting services). We will also review payment policies, cancellation policies, and collect ONE working key.  If one working keys is not available at the initial meet and greet, we will be happy to make a duplicate for a $10.00 charge. If a second consultation is requested for any reason there will be a $20.00 charge.

Please be aware we may have other dogs we are caring for. It may be noisy when you arrive as the dogs can smell and hear someone new come in and will be curious. All dogs will be put away so we can focus on you and getting to know your dog. You will not meet any of the dogs in our care. The only dog you will meet is our family dog, Nala.

KEY POLICY

Raise the Ruff Pet Services requires ONE working key for all clients’ homes if you are requesting the dog walking, drop in visit or hotel pet sitting services). Clients can choose to keep a key on file with Raise the Ruff Pet Services at no charge (keys are filed in a safe place away from address information) or have keys returned at end of reservation. A $10.00 charge (each way) is incurred by client for key pick up/drop off services.  NO KEYS will be accepted under the doormat, hidden on premises, mailed by regular mail, or locked in home on last visit.  Garage door openers or codes are accepted as well.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept personal checks, cash, PayPal and Venmo. Payment for pet services is due before services begin.

For dog boarding and daycare, payment can be made when dropping off your pet.

For dog walking and drop in services check or cash may be left on a table visible for me to pickup when I come each day the service is scheduled, or you may pay for services a week at a time via credit card. If payment is not left, a $10 fee will be added. 

CANCELATION POLICY

We understand things come up that are out of our control. At this time, Raise The Ruff Pet Services has a flexible cancelation policy and will offer a 100% refund. If you have scheduled a service and need an extension, they are always available and will be subject to a supplemental payment upon clients return.
